Crystal Beach Fire Department

A 10,000 sf pre-engineered steel building located in Destin, Florida. The objective of this project was to design-build a three bay fire station with living quarters. Special requirements included having the building exterior to compliment adjoining residential neighborhood. Unique features include a Butler architectural standing seam roof and cementuous board lap siding.

Choctaw Electric Co-op Operations Building

A 49,000 sf pre-engineered steel building located in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. The objective of this project was to provide administration, training and equipment maintenance for electric utility company. Special requirements include a heavy-duty, reinforced concrete floor slab for trucks and equipment. A unique feature of this building is that the main portion of building is open on two sides.

Compass Bank - Destin (Midbay Branch)

This branch bank is a 4,800 sf conventional construction project using a structural steel steel frame and is located in Destin, Florida. The objective of this project was to provide a branch bank facility with administration offices, walkup teller line, drive-thru teller line and ATM access. The building's exterior had to match the adjoining neighborhood's architectural style and materials. Unique features include a concrete tile roof with EIFS and brick veneer exterior finishes.

East Brent Baptist Church

This is a 43,000 sf Colonial style church worship center located in Pensacola, Florida. The objective of this project was to Design-Build a new worship center and educational facility utilizing load bearing masonry and structrual steel construction. This auditorium seats 2,200 worshipers and includes assembly and classroom space for four Sunday School departments. The unique features of this building include an eight sided auditorium and 10' deep x 125' long trusses that support the roof 31' above the main floor.

Greater Little Rock Baptist Church

This 15,000 sf pre-engineered steel building is a Contemporary style church Worship Center located in Pensacola, Florida. The sanctuary provides seating for 800 worshipers. The most unique feature of this building is the building ridge that runs diagonal from corner to corner on a 90' square auditorium.

Maxamillion Mortgage

This 5,000 sf office building combines load bearing masonry walls with load bearing wood framed walls and a pre-engineered wood framed roof system located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The objective for this project was to build a modern, attractive and efficient office for a growing mortgage brokerage company. The building features mono-slope standing-seam metal roofs with cementous lap siding exterior.

Mary Esther United Methodist Church

This is a two story, 20,000 sf pre-engineered steel church building. The objective for this project was to design-build an administration, education and fellowship space for growing membership. Special requirements for this job were to connect the new building to existing structures and do so without interrupting normal church functions. The unique features of this building include exposed roof framing on the new entry canopy using laminated wood decking and an architectural metal standing seam roofing.

Myrtle Grove Baptist Church

This project consisted of a complete renovation of the church sanctuary and addition of a second floor for edcuation space and choir rehearsal room. The unique features of this building include the installation of; second floor framing over the existing single story structure; new elevator; and a slope build-up with standing seam roof system installed over the old and new structure. The updated exterior of the building utilizes EIFS and brick veneer.

Oakgrove Campground

This design-build project consisted of five duplex unit cabins and a bath house for the adjoining campground which also included a coin operated laundry facility. Jerry Toler Construction and Butler GSA partnered together for this project located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. The buidings' walls and roofs were constructed of wood framed structural insulated panels with cedar lap siding. The south elevations that overlook the pass from the Gulf of Mexico to Pesacola Bay featured the expansive use of glass.

Okaloosa Island Public Safety Building

This design-build 12,000 sf four bay fire station is located on Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Special requirements include providing living quarters, administration space and equipment storage bays for the fire department. This project features exterior metal wall panels having a simulated stucco finish. The entire structure and building components are constructed to withstand 130 mph hurricane force winds and the impact of flying debris.

Pensacola Bay Baptist Association

A design-build 6,200 sf office building for the local baptist assoication includes administration offices and community meeting space. This project required that the administration offices be separated and secured from the community meeting space. Each end of the building is served by its own individually zoned air conditioning systems. Unique features include a Butler VSR architectural standing seam metal roof with simulated stucco metal panels at the fascia and gable ends of the building.

St. Simon on-the-Sound Episcopal Church

This 38,000 sf church building renovation and addition project located in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida features Spanish style finishes. The project consisted of repairing extensive hurricane damage, added education space, and renovation and re-finishing of the entire building exterior. All of the work was accomplished while the church held is normal Sunday and mid-week services and special functions including funerals, weddings and their annual rumage sale.

South Walton Fire Department

This 13,500 sf design-build fire station located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida features contemporary architectural style utilizing split fascia masonry and metal wall panels and combines load bearing masonry walls, sturctural steel framing and a pre-engineerd metal building for the truck bays. The building features an 83' x 83' truck bay; administration wing and living quarters wing.The structure is designed for a 130 mph wind load and to resist impact from flying debris during a hurricane. The pre-engineered metal building truck bay features a pyramid shaped roof with a metal roof system.

University of West Florida Support Facility

This 40,000 sf conventional framed administration building located in Pensacola, Florida consists of load bearing masonry walls with structural steel framed roofs. An architectural standing seam roof was installed and featured hips, valleys, gables and multiple roof pitches. Three additional buildings were constructed as part of this project and included factory assembled metal insulated sandwich panels and a composite standing-seam roof system which included metal interior liner panels and rigid roof insulation.

Village Baptist Church

An 18,000 sf education building for a growing church membership located in Destin, Florida. This building featured expandable gable ends for future building additions. Unique features of this building are the architectural standing seam metal roof with EIFS and brick veneer exterior finishes.
